The Strathcarron Singers are a mixed voice choir based in Central Scotland.
Since their formation in 2004 they have performed throughout the area and have raised in excess of £200,000 all of which has been donated to Strathcarron Hospice.
They have grown in numbers from the original 8 to approximately 50 singers. The music is very varied from Traditional Scottish to Show Tunes and everything in between, under the baton of Musical Director Matthew Brown.
Come and listen as the music in this season traces the echoes of the Jacobite rebellion — of flight, loyalty, longing and landscape. You can almost feel the mist over the hills and the pull of the sea in every phrase.
