Located in the heart of the Grangemouth community, the Sports Complex is a premier multi-sports and activities facility catering for people of all ages and abilities in a wide range of sports, leisure and recreational pursuits. Book our sports hall and have a game of footie, basketball, badminton... whatever tickles your fancy, and you don't need to worry about the weather! With a 25m pool with two exciting flumes, as well as soft play, the Sports Complex is perfect for families on an afternoon out.

Grangemouth Sports Complex is home to an excellent gym facility which offer our members the latest cardiovascular machinery, including a brand new Immersive Cycle Studio, aerobic equipment and weights (machine and free) which are sure to raise that heart rate! The gym has a thriving programme of fitness classes as well as our fantastic fitness professionals on hand to help you reach your health and wellbeing goals.

The complex includes Changing Places accessible toilets meeting the needs of people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, as well people with other physical disabilities such as spinal injuries, muscular dystrophy and multiple sclerosis. People with these needs often require extra equipment and space to allow them to use the toilets safely and comfortably.
