Monday evenings - Practice begins again 3 September, 2018 6:45pm - 8pm

This is a soulful, heart-felt practice designed to balance the subtle energies of the body, mind, and spirit through meditation and thoughtful, creative, breath-focused yoga.

Although it's a simple practice, it's best suited for those with some meditation and yoga experience.

It is, however, open to all those who are curious about practicing the art of letting go.
