The Howgate is a welcoming environment for all the family in the centre of town. If you require any assistance please visit our Help Desk, located on Level 5 by Argos. Our Help Desk staff are on hand to provide information on upcoming events and retailer promotions, register you for a Loyalty Card or our Kids Club or sell you a Howgate Gift Card. They can also phone you a taxi, provide free wheelchair hire and warm baby's bottles.

Freshen up in comfort at our toilets on Level 4 behind the Help Desk and in the Atrium under food court. Accessible toilets and baby change are available on Level 4 & 5 with lifts to all levels.
