The Wedgwood at Home experience includes a six-course feast prepared by chef patron Paul Wedgwood using only the finest Scottish ingredients. Free delivery is available to Edinburgh, the Lothians and select FK postcodes on 24th December.
Paul is known for his nose-to-tail cooking approach which means all dishes provided have zero wastage and all packaging is recyclable.
The finest Scottish produce has been sourced from Paul’s trusted local suppliers including Castle Game and Fishbrothers.
The menu has been designed with the host in mind, allowing maximum time to be spent with guests rather than in the kitchen. It features Venison pastrami, celeriac remoulade, sweet and sour brambles, golden beetroot; Jerusalem artichoke velouté, with chestnuts, pancetta, truffle, wild mushroom; Smoked salmon avocado & goat’s cheese mousse, potato, caviar, lemon, watercress; Cider brined pheasant breast OR Roast turkey breast with all the traditional trimmings; Gingerbread pannacotta spiced clementine; and Christmas Pudding, pineapple with XO Rum sauce. There is a vegetarian menu available too.
Wedgwood the Restaurant is the eponymous restaurant of one of Scotland’s most respected chefs, Paul Wedgwood. Together with wife Lisa, they have created an award-winning restaurant on Edinburgh’s historic Royal Mile. Renowned for championing high-quality local produce, from game sourced in West Lothian to wild ingredients foraged by Paul himself. Wedgwood’s seasonally changing menu is innovative with a Scottish flare.
The boxes are priced from £80 for one person. Delivery and collection are available on 24th December. Delivery included to EH and FK1 - FK16 postcodes only.
