The iconic Perthshire resort has organised an array of yuletide activities from Sunday 30 November 2025 until Sunday 4 January 2026, set to add some seasonal sparkle for families visiting this winter.
As well as the return of an impressive 200 sq-metre ice skating rink, the hotel will also play host to its very own Santa’s Grotto, with Father Christmas and his elves taking up residency in the hotel’s beautiful Ferntower Suite from Thursday 11 until Tuesday 23 December.
The resort has also introduced relaxed Grotto sessions for families that require a quieter visitor experience, taking place at 10am on Thursday 11 and Saturday 13 December, and 2pm on Sunday 14 December.
What’s more, the hotel will once again host its incredibly popular yearly pantomime, with renowned entertainment company The Experiences Group bringing their own spin on the classic fairytale Sleeping Beauty to life at Crieff Hydro for the very first time.
Richard Leckie, Associate Director of Crieff Hydro Hotel, said: “In the run-up to the festive season, the hotel comes alive with excitement, and we’re thrilled to share that spirit with our guests.
“Families come back time and time again to enjoy the skating, the pantomime and of course a visit to see Santa, and it’s a joy to be part of those memories.
“We can’t wait to welcome families, both new and returning, to Highland Perthshire to make some special festive memories with us this year.”
Tickets for Christmas at Crieff Hydro are available to purchase from today (Wednesday 20 August 2025) on itison via the Crieff Hydro website, with ice skating tickets starting from £5 per person.
Crieff Hydro will also play host to a range of party nights over the festive period, from Saturday 29 November until Monday 8 December.
