Guests can set out on a self-guided adventure in partnership with The Edinburgh Spaniels. Together with outdoor enthusiast and content creator Hollie Jenkins, and her much-loved cocker spaniels, Hugo and Spencer, there is a curated collection of signature walks around North Berwick. Guests can join for the day or linger a little longer, each experience is designed to help explore East Lothian’s wild coastline, scenic trails, and hidden gems with a four-legged friend by your side.

The History of Afternoon tea with Chiya & Chai

Enjoy a 30-minute storytelling talk delivered during a traditional Afternoon Tea service in partnership with Chiya and Chai. Elegant, entertaining, and crafted to complement your experience. The afternoon will also include a conversational Q&A lasting for the rest of the Afternoon Tea experience. As well as a first try of the new tea menu in partnership with Pekoe Tea.

Enjoy a 4-course set menu during Dornoch's Autumn Highland Festival, celebrating the quality ingredients and produce sourced from the Highlands.

Northern Skies: Stargazing and Aurora Experience
2, 3 & 4 November | 6pm – 10pm | £20 per person
Part of the Autumn Highland Festival Fortnight, the night begins with warming snacks and hot drinks at Dornoch Station, before astrophotographer Andrew Allen shares his expert insights into the wonders above. From there, guests will go to Dornoch Beach, where you can capture the beauty of the night sky with your own camera under Andrew’s guidance. Telescopes will also be on hand for an even closer look at the stars and constellations.
