The Jazz Pack Band was formed in 2011 by a group of jazz musicians who wanted to play to jazz loving audiences from all age groups. Several of the band members are band leaders in their own right and over the years have played many other styles of music.
Coming together under the Jazz Pack banner to play jazz has now become a very rewarding part of their musical life. The band currently perform as a sextet featuring sax, keyboard, guitar, bass, drums and vocals. The Jazz Pack's versatile line up enables the band to perform a live set with a repertoire of mainstream jazz styles including Swing, Be-Bop, Latin, Funk, Blues and Jazz Rock all featuring the band’s wonderful ability to improvise. he band currently perform at events, functions, venues and festivals all over the country and are also resident with monthly gigs in Central Scotland.
