A two day weekend course learning the magic of enamelling! The class will look at traditional techniques such as sifting, Sgraffito, stencilling and stamping, graphite with enamel as well as other effective, simple techniques.

Students will learn how to prepare metal before enamelling, apply colour and textures and then how to use of the kiln and fire their pieces. We will also look at how to apply findings to an enamelled design to create final pieces that can be taken away and displayed/worn!

Day 1: Skills tutorials
Elizabeth will take you through some of the techniques used within enamelling and will run through live demonstrations whilst showing you examples of others working with enamel.

Day 2: Design & Make
