Awaken your Body and Mind is designed for women to strengthen their connection to themselves, deepen their self-knowledge, relax and heal.
We will be working on all 4 different bodies - the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body and the spiritual body.
Balancing these bodies is the roadmap to our true being and the key to a wholesome life experience.
