Over the 21 days you will learn different meditation techniques to support you to build a regular mediation practice. Classes will be held at 7.15am during the week and recorded for the weekend.
Each week you will increase your time from 7 minute practices a day, to 14 minutes in week 2, and ending with 21 minutes in the last week.
All classes will be recorded for you to do if the time doesn't suit you and you will access to the recording for the duration of the 21 days.
