Join us at Jupiter after hours to relax, unwind and connect with nature through guided meditation and yoga session.
Shinrin yoku is a Japanese practice of a process of relaxation, being calm and quiet amongst trees, observing the nature around you and deeply breathing. This event will be a great way to help de-stress while boosting health and wellbeing in a natural setting. Susan Ross, a local qualified yoga instructor will guide us through breathing, yoga and meditation. When the session is finished, there is no need to rush off. Why not bring a flask of your favourite hot drink to enjoy at the end.
