About ((Bounce)) Stirling

((BOUNCE)) is the world's leading mini trampoline fitness brand, founded in 2014 by Kimberlee Perry, brought to life with the main aim of making fitness fun and more accessible for everyone.

Our motto is: “Fun. Friendly. Fierce” so prepare to work hard but feel welcomed, smile and have a laugh.

The first 40 minutes we are jumping and the last 20 minutes we tone the body by lying on the trampolines.

There are beginners in every session too, so don’t worry about feeling self conscious - you’ll see everyone bouncing at their own pace.

It usually takes three sessions to get used to all the bouncing and recognise the moves so stick with it … but here’s a warning; it’s addictive!

You have three opportunities to ((B)) with us;-

Wednesday 1800 to 1900 (child friendly)
Thursday 1800 to 1900 (child friendly)
Sunday* 1200 to 1300 (child friendly)
*every 2nd Sunday
