This is a fantastic way to celebrate and embrace Winter!
This 3 hour experience will leave you feeling amazing both in body and mind. We will meet at our 'wild dip' venue for a round of breath-work followed by the cold immersion (no wetsuits allowed) and then get out of our wet-gear and head to the studio for a hot yoga class to warm us up and work our bodies.
After yoga, a quick shower and change before your well-earned brunch - soulful soup, homemade breads, dips, smashed eggs and avocado, local cheeses, homemade muffins and banana bread with yoghurt and chia jam plus freshly pressed coffee/tea and cucumber and lemon infused water.
Perfect for beginners to wild dips and hot yoga!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
