Karate is a mental and physical culture based on self defence that is outstanding for building self confidence. It is promotes flexibility and mental alertness making it especially beneficial for older people.
Classes are easily paced and no special clothing is required to start with. All classes are supervised by Chief Instructor Mike Bissett 7th Dan and assistants Leona, Ady, Martyn and Mac.
Martial artists visiting the area are also very welcome.
Classes are held from 7.30 - 9pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at St Modan's High School, Springkerse, Stirling FK7 7WS
