Women have been coming to gather in circle for millennia, and there is potent medicine in sitting with one another, listening, sharing, simply being. Join us at The Yoga Tree, Stirling!
About Monthly Women’s Sharing Circle
This monthly sharing circle is a beautiful container for you to show up and be accepted entirely as you are. Here, we can actively listen; to ourselves, our bodies, and other women, offering complete acceptance to all that may come up.
We will begin by dropping into the space and our bodies with mindful somatic movement and floor based stretching, then gently moving into our time for sharing. There is never an expectation to share, you are simply invited to use this space to check in with yourself, offering compassion to all that arises.
There will be tea and snacks available, and breaks will be offered throughout. You are invited to bring a journal and a pen, some water, and wear whatever is comfortable.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
