Immerse yourself in a new environment, explore he different terrain and features. Learn how to move over rocks, in water, up waterfalls and through pools.
Discover the history, nature and geography of the area up close and personal with it.

All kit and equipment provided.

Bring an full change of clothes, footwear you dont mind getting wet. A towel.
