In this workshop, we'll be talking about How to be Hopeful.
We have fantastic storyteller Mary Graham, who will tell nature stories and lead a meditation.
We also have Paper Boats, who are a collective of writers, artists and activists that have come together to campaign for urgent and committed action to tackle the rapidly accelerating climate and ecological crisis. They promote gentle activism based on their hopes for the future. Their session will include an introduction to activism and paperboat making. Bring along any old magazines or books that you would be happy to use.
There will be tea and biscuits as well!
This workshop is free but spaces are limited, so please email info@theyogatreestirling.co.uk to book.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
