What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a therapeutic dance journey perfectly accompanied by a gorgeous soul-ection of electronic music (such as house, disco and techno) along with a high vibration mix of eclectic sounds, beats and dreamy vocals from all around the globe that welcomes physical, emotional, mental, and energetic shifts. Whether the session is serene and beautiful or wild and messy, there is no right or wrong way to experience it—all expressions are welcomed and celebrated.
Step onto our sacred dance floor and immerse yourself in freestyle movement, amazing sounds, community and self-discovery. Unlike a 'normal' party or night out - there is no alcohol or recreational substances so it's all about showing up as (and expressing!) the weird and wonderful you!
