About One-Day Reflection Retreat: Phototherapy, Yoga, and Meditation
Rhonda Peebles and Shams Abu-Tayeh, two therapists with a wealth of experience in various field, warmly invite you to join us for a special one-day retreat on July 7th, 2024, at the serene Trossachs Tryst, Invertrossachs Road, Callander, FK17 8HW - just outside Callander.
This retreat themed is Reflection and will be a beautiful blend of creativity, yoga, breathwork and nature.
Highlights of the Day:
- 10:00 AM: Welcome with herbal tea and light refreshments
- 10:30 AM: Gentle yoga stretch
- 11:00 AM: Introduction to phototherapy and expressive arts
- 12:00 PM: Nature walk and mindful photography
- 1:00 PM: Delicious homemade, vegetarian lunch (other dietary needs catered for)
- 2:00 PM: Continue painting session
- 2:30 PM: Dynamic yoga and movement
- 3:30 PM: Breath work for relaxation
- 4:00 PM: Complete your paintings
- 4:30 PM: Calming yoga meditation
- 5:00 PM: Closing circle, and departure with newfound inspiration
