We are delighted to have Britannia XIV on site bringing to life the medieval period by offering a range of displays to celebrate the anniversary of the Battle of Bannockburn.
What's On?
Armoury - See the weapons of the time period, metalworking such as seeing how the maille armour our combatants wear was created, woodworking and leathercraft.
Skills - from combat displays in the arena to the crafts on display.
Re-enactors - Offering tales and fun facts of the medieval period whilst wearing authentic clothing, from fabric selection to hand-sewn garments.
This event will be free of charge and fun for the whole family.
