Retreat days provide a break from the routine distractions of life and an opportunity to go more deeply into our practice – each day will include several hours of practice, with enough free time to enjoy being in this beautiful location. The venue is situated in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park in a stunning setting – a short walk from Loch Venachar with numerous walking and cycle trails in the area.
Over the weekend, we will cover a range of Qigong and Tai Chi exercises and explore the deeper principles behind these practices This may include some or all of the following:
Self-Massage, Mobilising & Opening Exercises
Qigong Experience & Body-Mind Connection
Breathwork, Posture Practice & Standing Meditation
.Tai Chi & Qigong Principles
Tai Chi & Qigong Movement Forms
Partner Exercises
Scaravelli-Inspired Yoga & Meditation
The weekend is non-residential – some accommodation is available for booking at the venue and locally in Callander.
