Our Qi Gong Day Retreat will celebrate the mind-body connection.
Location: Trossachs Tryst, Invertrossachs Road, Callander, FK17 8HW
The focus will be around the introduction of Qi through Qi Gong - working with the connection of the meridian system and the flow of energy through the body. We will explore the connection between the body and mind through the breath and the flow of energy.
During the day we will practice both Standing Qi Gong and seated Qi Gong in meditation format. If the weather is kind to us, some of our sessions will be held outside.
Phil Blackburn from Pause & Breathe CIC will be your facilitator for the day.
A vegetarian lunch will be provided, alongside tea, coffee and snacks. Some dietary requirements can be catered for - but please inquire prior to booking.
The cost of the day is £80. For concessions (those in receipt of their pension, on lower incomes and students) this price is £64. Our two reduced rate spaces will be priced at £50 for this event.
Our day will be held on Sunday 11th August from 10.30am-4pm. You can arrive from 10am to get a cuppa and get settled before we start.
You don't need to bring anything with you, although a yoga mat and meditation cushions can be useful for the seated Qi Gong practice. People sometimes like to have a journal for notes during the day.
Please feel free to email with any questions - susie@pauseandbreathe.co.uk
