Having presented the very funny and eventful MacAulay and Co. on BBC Radio Scotland for almost 18 years and with a string of tv appearances, Fred’s on-air witticisms and on-screen reputation are the product of years of experience on the live circuit, including almost 30 years at the Edinburgh Festival!
Just as we’re all getting in the mood for some comedy before the 2024 Fringe kicks off in August, as well as his own quick-witted satire, Fred will bring with him two excellent support acts - comedy legend Phil Differ and newcomer Mick McNeill - for An Evening of Comedy with Fred MacAulay hosted at Stirling County.
No stranger to the spotlight – some of you might remember the highly infectious ’McCoist and MacAulay’, or ‘Life according to Fred’, Hoots’ and ‘Simply Fred’ – this lovable comedian and much in demand after-dinner speaker and awards presenter, wants (yes, wants) to bring his show to Stirling County Rugby Club, and we are more than delighted that he does!
We anticipate this will be a very popular evening and can’t guarantee that Bridgehaugh Park won’t be the place to be on Saturday 27th July!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
