Sunday morning Yang to Yin yoga class followed by a delicious brunch.

Our yoga class is 75 mins, non-heated and starts with breathwork, then a flowing vinyasa yoga sequence, and finishes with a few slow, floor based restorative yin postures using bolsters, blocks and eye masks. This session is perfect for beginners to intermediate.

Brunch will be served afterwards. Expect: berry smoothies, homemade granola, fresh fruit, banana bread and muffins. We cater for all diets, gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian.

Bring a friend or just bring yourself!
