About Immersive Yin Yoga Session
90-Min Yin Yoga Journey
Join Andriani for a practice designed to connect you to the grounding energy of the Earth element — a beautiful way to honour the transitional season of Late Summer.
This 90-minute Yin Yoga session is an invitation to pause, soften, and tune in. Using the support of props, we'll ease into longer-held postures that target the Yin tissues — ligaments, joints, and fascia — inviting deep release and enhanced flexibility.
An opportunity to enjoy:
Stillness in the body
Quietness in the mind
A meditative space to practise mindfulness
The physical benefits of increased joint mobility and deeper stretching.
Please note: This is a Yin (not Restorative) practice. It may not be suitable if you’re working with an acute injury or are in your post-partum period. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out.
Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, centred, and connected.
