Join us for a transformative 90-minute breathwork class designed to reconnect, rejuvenate, and restore. We begin with a brief overview of the session, laying the foundation for what to expect and the benefits of the practice.
Ease into the experience with a deeply relaxing grounding exercise, letting go of tension and arriving fully in the present moment. From here, we flow into active breathwork, utilising Conscious Connected Breathing to harness your inner vitality and emotional healing.
You'll transition into deep rest, allowing your body and mind to integrate the practice. Finally, unwind with a cup of tea and conversation, sharing insights and connecting with fellow participants in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
