New Material Night is your chance to see top comedians debut their latest sets in an intimate and lively setting- for just £8 you'll be getting 9 top acts from around the country and a great night with the partner or the troops that doesn't burn the wallet.
Your Host: Jack Traynor - a comedic force to be reckoned with! Ranked 4th in the world in the Roast Battle League, Jack has earned global recognition for his razor-sharp wit and devastatingly funny comebacks, including being named MVP in 2024. Jack is Scotland’s top-ranked competitor, making him a standout figure both locally and internationally. Known for his quick-thinking and creative storytelling, Jack has opened for comedy heavyweight Daniel Sloss, performed at the Edinburgh Fringe and has worked with the makers of Burnistoun.

Daniel Petrie:
Fresh from winning Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2023, Daniel Petrie combines clever, observational humour with his unique perspective as a newly qualified doctor. A finalist in So You Think You’re Funny and the Chortle Student Comedy Awards, Daniel has graced major stages, including Latitude Festival. His sharp wit and relatable humour make him one to watch.
Paddy Linton:
A dynamic MC and stand-up comedian, Paddy Linton has become one of Scotland’s most sought-after performers. Known for mixing storytelling from his working-class upbringing with observations about Glasgow’s leafier suburbs, Paddy’s sharp wit and engaging stage presence have made him a regular at top comedy shows across the UK.
Kathleen Hughes:
Kathleen Hughes is a rising star on the UK comedy scene, known for her sharp humour and relatable storytelling. A nominee for Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year and Funny Women Awards, Kathleen has performed at festivals like Brighton Fringe and Glasgow International Comedy Festival. Her fresh perspective and comedic timing are not to be missed.
The night will also feature performances from: Mick Murphy, Andy Hart, Stu Campbell, Jodie Sloan, Cobin Millage.
