Join us for a relaxing morning of aromatherapy-inspired creativity, designed to support wellbeing and mindfulness. In this hands-on workshop, you'll get to make your own scented sleep masks, clay-scented jewellery, and soothing fidgets — perfect for promoting calm and relaxation.
This is a free, inclusive event for anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community aged 16–35 looking to unwind, get creative, and connect with community in a supportive space.
Spaces are limited — booking is essential!
All genders, expressions, and identities welcome
We will also be welcoming Tom from Kooth, an online mental wellbeing community, to talk about the services they offer.
This event is proudly part of the LGBT Jasmine Journeys Project, funded by the Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund — promoting creativity, connection, and care the LGBTQIA+ community.
