"Moon Tell Me Truth: Exhibition of Art and Poems by the Children of Gaza, Palestine" is an exhibition by The Hands Up Project: an organisation that supports creative expression among children in Palestine.
Showing at the upstairs event space at Creative Stirling Venue, 44 King Street, from the 19th of June until the 17th of July.
Step into a powerful exhibition of poems, artworks, and a film screening installation by, and inspired by, children in Gaza, created through The Hands Up Project. These deeply moving works, many by children displaced or no longer with us, offer a glimpse into young lives shaped by conflict but rich in creativity, hope, and resilience.
Featuring original artwork, poetry, and an immersive installation, the exhibition invites visitors to reflect and respond creatively in solidarity.
Join us for our family friendly launch event on Thursday the 19th of June, 6-8pm, here at Creative Stirling Venue (44 King Street, Stirling). The official opening is free and open to all, with readings, conversation, refreshments, and community gathering. No booking required | find out more here- https://www.creativestirling.org/events/moon-tell-me-truth
Copies of the book Moon, Tell Me Truth will be available throughout the exhibition from Made in Stirling store (located downstairs from the exhibition). Proceeds support The Hands Up Project’s work with children in Palestine.
We will also be hosting a family friendly creative writing workshop on Friday the 11th of July. More information coming soon.
