Join us at The Yoga Tree Sessions as we flow through the year marking the equinoxes and solstices. We'll add other seasonal celebrations as the months go by.
Summer Solstice Session -
Summer is here, so let's pause with the sun as the longest day approaches.
Join Lesley-Anne and Mary on an immersive journey as we celebrate the Summer Solstice with storytelling, guided visualisation and some gentle movement. There will be candlelight and tea.
Delicate little willow wreaths to dedicate and decorate and some herbs and flowers too.
Bring a notebook and pen in case you want to jot anything down. We'll have plenty for you to use on the day, but feel free to bring anything special you'd like to use to decorate your wreath.
