Gentle Qigong & asana flow inspired by the metal element in TCM — connecting to lung & large intestine meridians for clarity, boundaries & release
Explore the five vayus (inner winds) from the Indian yogic tradition to understand how energy moves through the body
Close with a deeply restful, autumn-themed Yoga Nidra to restore & reconnect
This practice is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and return home to yourself.
