At Mind Body and Soul Yoga Tranquil Flow classes EVERYONE is welcome and we mean everyone. We don’t care what gender you are, what age you are, what shape or size you may be and we absolutely don’t care if you have never tried yoga before. In fact over 90% of our customers had never practised yoga before coming to our classes!

You don’t just join a yoga class when you join. You join a community. A community of people supporting each other. You are invited to our private FaceBook group where you will be able to interact with all our other customers and your local teachers. In addition to this you will be part of the wider Mind, Body and Soul Yoga Community which continues to grow and grow every day.

So, what are our classes like? They are unlike anything out there. We use gorgeous smelling aromatherapy, we play soothing music which has been hand-picked by our teachers and all our rooms are lit by candlelight and remember to bring your blanket so you’re all cosey at the end of class where you will be invited to lie down and relax while your teacher reads a meditation that they have chosen specifically for each class.

Life moves fast. We have some many different things to look after. We are always running around after others. It’s time to look after you for one hour a week. Mind, Body and Soul…
