Location: Trossachs Tryst, Callander
Join us for a day to relax and restore. A day of mindful practices in beautiful surroundings, with delicious plant based food to feed body and soul.
A short stroll from the loch with the mountains and fresh air, we have the perfect frame for you to rest upon.
We open our space at 1030am and close at 430pm, with guided and free time. All movement practices are gentle to support the body and all bodies are welcome.
TIMETABLE (ish)
The format for the day will be similar to our last one - with gentle movement and mindful practices all day. Weather dependent we will have a creative and a getting outdoors option in the free time after lunch.
1000-1030am - Arrival and Cuppa
1030 - Welcome and opening the Space
1100 - Gentle Movement Practice
1230-230pm - Lunch and Free Time for reflection. Optional creative activity.
230 - Mindfulness Movement Practice
315 - Cuppa and Cake
345 - Yoga Nidra guided relaxation
430 - Close Space and Home
