As part of Summer of Activities, we are delighted to bring you a foraging event for children aged 12 to 14 years old. In this event you will learn how to forage safely, how to identify plants. We will play some foraging games too.
We will meet by the river at Allanwater Park by the A9. There is plenty of on street parking in the area as well as a small car park on Allanvale Road. We will set off at 2pm sharp so please arrive in good time.
Parents and guardians are very welcome to join us and you are sure to learn something too. Covid guidelines will be adhered to with physical distancing throughout and hand sanitizer will be available.
Enjoy a visit to Ault Wharrie, formerly the Masonic Home in Dunblane, on 25th July. The extensive grounds have been redesigned and replanted over the last five years.
Enjoy a wander around a delightful hidden garden in Alva behind the primary school on 1st August as part of Scotland’s Gardens Scheme.
