Level: Beginners
Spend a morning or afternoon with us in our jewellery studio learning all the skills to create a beautiful pair of silver stud earrings.
Morning: cssj.co.uk/product/silver-stud-earrings-taster-2/
Afternoon: cssj.co.uk/product/silver-stud-earrings-taster/
Join us for a silver stud earrings taster workshop for a bite-sized introduction to all the basic skills involved in making silver jewellery. We’ll work first in copper as we experiment with texture, using our vast collection of hammers, punches, and everyones favourite, the rolling mill. We’ll use shape punches saws and doming blocks to cut and form our metal, and when we’re happy with our designs we’ll move on to create a unique pair of silver studs. Our expert tutors will be on hand to help you at every step of the way, from mastering the tools to coming up with a creative design. No previous experience or artistic flair necessary, jewellery making is for everyone!
This 3.5 hour workshop is suitable for all levels and for ages 16 and above. If you’re hooked after your day of making, we have starter tool kits available to buy in store that will get you all set up with your home jewellery studio.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
