In 2017, Chris Lewis set out on a 20,000km walk of the entire UK coastline, including all of the islands. Along the way, he met Kate Barron, who joined him on the journey. They share stories of some of the adventures they encountered, of navigating the West Coast, Northern Ireland, the hard-rock cliffs of Scotland, and the perimeters of the Scottish islands, and of spending three months on uninhabited island Hildasay, where there was no fresh water or food. As the journey continued, the more remarkable it became.
