About Free 90 Minute Breathwork Class
We're offering a free 90 minute Breathwork class. This is a powerful and deep journey to music where you'll be guided by our certified Breathwork Facilitator. We open with guided relaxation, followed by a conscious connected Breathwork journey to music and we close with questions, sharing and herbal tea.
Please bring water, a cushion, blanket and wear warm comfortable layers.
