About Gentle Workshop for Grief and Loss

Grief and loss can feel more acute and isolating as the holidays approach. This workshop will offer a safe space and some gentle somatic tools to help if you're struggling with the pain of bereavement. Come and explore beginner friendly movement practices to release physical pain and tension, yin yoga stretches to soothe and comfort and mindful meditation to be present with the grief without feeling overwhelmed.
