Do you fancy learning how to SUP or are you looking to improve existing skills and take your SUP'ing to the next level? Maybe you just want to meet some awesome new people. Those paddling friendships are ones that last a lifetime!
SheSUPs is an inclusive, judgement free, fun, supportive and nurturing group where you will be supported to go at your own pace with an individual tailored coaching style.

Whatever you want to achieve, our SheSUPs coach Niamh is there to support you on your paddling journey and help overcome any personal challenge however big or small. If group sessions are not for you we also offer 1:1 coaching. Contact Roll Outdoors to discuss!
