Do you fancy learning how to SUP or are you looking to improve existing skills and take your SUP'ing to the next level? Maybe you just want to meet some awesome new people. Those paddling friendships are ones that last a lifetime!
SheSUPs is an inclusive, judgement free, fun, supportive and nurturing group where you will be supported to go at your own pace with an individual tailored coaching style.
You also have the option to work towards achieving a range of Personal Performance Awards accredited by British Canoeing. These include the SUP Sheltered Water Personal Performance Award, Paddle Start, Discover & Explore Awards.
Whatever you want to achieve, our SheSUPs coach Niamh is there to support you on your paddling journey and help overcome any personal challenge however big or small. If group sessions are not for you we also offer 1:1 coaching. Contact Roll Outdoors to discuss!
Our SheSUPs Beginner course will cover getting on and off the board safely, paddling forwards, turning, standing and how to self-rescue.
The SheSUPs Improver course will explore different paddling techniques, building confidence to move around the board, height adjustment and assisting others.
