Gary will prepare a 4 course dinner using the very finest locally sourced Scottish produce with superb wines paired & supplied by our friends from Woodwinters Wines & Whiskies Bridge of Allan.
After dinner, there will be a short Q&A where guests will be able to ask Gary questions about his epic journey both as a chef and an educator along with his great love of food.
This is an evening for food & drink lovers and we look forward to welcoming you for what we hope will be a memorable celebration hosted by Scotland's First National Chef.
