Experience the benefits of slow and mindful yoga. This beginners course is perfect for beginners and focuses on connecting with the breath, gentle movements, relaxation techniques.
Dated: Wednesdays 15, 22, 29 January & 5, 19, & 26 February
By the end of the 6 weeks you will feel comfortable joining any yoga class.
What to expect :
* Lots of variations and options given so it doesn’t matter how flexible, strong or fit you are when you begin
* Movements that improve over time can improve your strength, flexibility and overall fitness
* Breathing exercises that reduce stress and anxiety to create a feeling of calmness
* Guided relaxations.
