About Pop up Saturday Yoga
Perfect for all levels and focuses on connecting with the breath, gentle movements, and inner peace.
What to expect :
* Lots of variations and options given so it doesn’t matter how flexible, strong or fit you are when you begin
* Movements that improve over time can improve your strength, flexibility and overall fitness
* Breathing exercises that reduce stress and anxiety to create a feeling of calmness
* Guided relaxations.
Join us and take the time to slow down and reconnect with your mind and body.
