Following last year’s successful Buddy Yoga session, I am excited to invite you to bring a friend/colleague/partner/family member/Yoga buddy and join me together in a session where we explore the energy of Early Summer.
It will be all about Connection & Playfulness
You are going to explore breathing and moving in sync, while supporting each other in some long lovely stretches to expand the fascia (connective tissue) and some playful flow of movements, along with a special meditation for you and your buddy.
Great opportunity to practise a bit differently partnered with your buddy or join with someone that might have been reluctant to join a Yoga session by themselves before.
