About the Workshop:
The festive season can feel anything but joyful when you're living with a chronic physical or mental condition. While the world around you glows with festivity, you may feel pressure, isolation, or exhaustion - and you're not alone.
“Chronic at Christmas” is a gentle, supportive workshop created to offer comfort, calm, and connection during this often-difficult time of year. Whether you live with chronic illness, pain, fatigue, anxiety, or other ongoing conditions, this workshop is designed for you.
Together, we’ll explore mindful movement, journaling, and rest practices that honour where you are - helping you leave feeling lighter, grounded, and a little more resourced for the season ahead.
Who Is This Workshop For?
This workshop is open to anyone living with a chronic physical or mental health condition. This criteria is not mandatory, nor do you need to be diagnosed with anything - all are welcome!
