Exercise classes for Mum and little one. No need for childcare as Toddler and Baby come along with mum.
30 min Indoor toning classes and 1 hour cardio and Tone class (mix of in and outdoors) for Postnatal fitness.
Get back into shape Post Baby. Must have had 6 week Postnatal Check prior to starting .
Classes: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Venues: Kidztown, PEAK, Bridge of Allan Sports Club, Stirling Cricket Club and Bridge of Allan Parish church.
