Join us for this fun and festive workshop at Central Scotland School of Jewellery in December and learn how to prepare metal before enamelling, applying colour and textures!
About Christmas Enamel Baubles
Two dates available: 2nd or 3rd December
Students will learn how to prepare metal before enamelling, applying colour and textures, and then how to use the kiln to fire their pieces. The workshop will cover a range of decorative techniques such as sifting and stencilling to create unique, beautiful Christmas Baubles, perfect as special gifts.
What to bring: We’ll provide all the things you will need to start making amazing enamelled baubles including tools and copper. However, if you want to make a particularly large piece or additional pieces, extra materials can be purchased directly from the School at cost price.
Please bring along glasses if you need them and wear appropriate, warm clothing for a studio environment including closed-toe shoes. If you have long hair please wear it up.
