Join our 'Kick start Winter' Breath and Ice session!
After 40 mins of breathwork and relaxation, you will ease into an ice bath for 1-5 mins max. This will also be guided.
The transformative practice of Breathwork, coupled with the invigorating challenge of an ice bath, offers remarkable benefits, and can help you to unlock a new level of resilience, self-discovery, and strength.
The benefits of an ice bath extend far beyond the physical. Plunging into the icy water, creates a powerful physiological response, activating your body’s natural healing mechanisms. It improves circulation, boosts the immune system, and enhances mental clarity.
Whether you’re looking to improve your sporting prowess, manage your stress levels, combat depression and anxiety, reduce illness related symptoms, or are just curious to find out what all this breathing and ice bath stuff is about, then this is the experience for you.
