Brought to you by the sister duo, Emma Williams, PT @emmawilliamscoaching and Julia Cox, @foodwithjooj, we are on a mission to bring you fitness and food retreats and events that make you feel GOOD.

Our next retreat will be held at the stunning Rachel's Farm in Stirlingshire and we have just ONE ROOM left!

Location: Rachel's Farm, Buchlyvie, Stirlingshire, FK8 3NR

The final room sleeps 4 but can also be taken by a group of 3. Each property has a private hot tub, kitchen and living space. Check out the itinerary below for what's in store!!

You can secure the room for £100pp and opt to pay the total amount of £465pp (room of 3) or £435pp (room of 4) using our payment plan.
