Learn about sustainable foraging and the top edible ‘gateway’ plants and fungi to get you started with wild food harvests.
Pick-up some basic techniques for preparing and preserving wild food.
Enjoy wild food samples to engage your senses and get your creativity flowing!
Build your confidence and find your particular wild food passion!
Suitable for all, aged 12 and over.
